NKTC offers a range of support services to its learners, including:

Provision of cooling-off period during enrolment phase

General administrative support

Ongoing educational support by our trainers and assessors

Provision of making reasonable adjustment based on learner needs where required

Complaints and Appeals – both internal and referral to external bodies should the learners request the support

Assistance for those applying for recognition of prior learning (rpl)

Assistance for those who require additional language, literacy, or numeracy training

Referral to specialist support services e.G., mentoring and counselling services

Supporting learners with a disability or a medical condition
Any other support required to ensure learners succeed in their learning Personal counselling referral services including:

Complaint/conflict resolution

Access and equity issues

Welfare and support

Referral services related to any domestic / family violence.

Local libraries

Local tutors or academic support

Local disability support groups

Local refugee and migrant support networks
